How do I get a login to access the RightNow Communities and Support?
To request a login, please ask the RightNow administrator within your organization. Your RightNow administrator can reference Answer 1560 for more information on managing RightNow contacts.
If you do not know who your RightNow administrator is, you may request your RightNow contact administrator's name.
Upon submission of the request form, the name of a RightNow contact administrator will be sent to your specified email address. Then you can contact this individual directly and request a RightNow Community login.
Please note: RightNow Technical Support does not manage the creation of Community logins.
