Fast-Track Upgrade Services enable you to outsource the scheduling, planning, configuration, and execution of your upgrade to RightNow Professional Services. Packages are available for customers looking to upgrade from version 6.x or older or from 7.x and newer to the most current version of RightNow CRM. A Consultant will assess the current feature usage, business processes, and migration efforts and develop an upgrade plan which includes key deliverables, required tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. He/she will then transfer your current configuration to the upgrade version, while coaching you and your team on how to use the newer version of the application.
