This Outsourced Solution Administration is designed for customers that would like to outsource the management, monitoring, and administration of their RightNow Service, Sales, and/or Marketing application(s). A RightNow employee will be assigned to administer the customer's application(s) with specifics to be determined based on the customer's business needs.
